Trainee Engineer Programme

This Trainee Engineer Programme, will be launched in October 2022, lasting 1 year, with remuneration, on-the-job learning, in different areas and accompanied by a mentor.
 
The geographical areas are: Lisbon, Algarve, Vila Nova de Gaia and Braga.
 

What can you expect?

This is a Programme for Trainee Engineers, designed to help talents, like you, to grow professionally and take on positions of responsibility in a corporate environment.
Participation in this programme will allow a detailed understanding of how ProCME Group works and our business areas/activities.
 

What are we looking for?

Given the nature of our activities, we are looking for recent graduates or recent masters in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil and Mechanical Engineering.
Considering the geographical scope of our activities, it is important to be available for occasional travel and have a driving licence.
 

What do we provide?

We offer a 12-month programme, structured on an on the job learning approach, salaried, with personalised follow-up, training and mentoring.
