CME reinforces its ongoing commitment to being at the forefront of telecommunications, collaborating with our clients to improve operators' communications networks throughout the country. We are currently immersed in a significant project taking place over the next six months in Guimarães and Vila Nova de Famalicão. This project involves adapting Vodafone's FTTH cells for sharing with another operator, representing a crucial step in optimising the communications infrastructure.

FTTH technology, an evolution of FTTC, overcomes the limitations of copper cables by using optical fibre as a signal conductor. This innovation provides broadband internet speeds of over 300 Mbps, an extraordinary improvement on speeds offered by conventional cables, and marks a qualitative leap in connectivity experiences.
